Product Authenticity

All raw materials used in Lacy Willow are authentic – from gemstones to gold.  We source our materials with prudence and with quality in mind which mean we ask our suppliers abroad to provide us certifications and reports.  Items with corresponding documents will be indicated in the product description along with the photo of the certificate.  You may also opt for your own verification through third party services such as local pawnshops for gold / metal purity and gemological laboratories for diamonds and gemstones.

 

Layaway Program

This refers to a special payment plan where a Buyer can purchase the item on staggered payment basis.  The product is set aside and reserved for the Buyer, and the Buyer makes monthly payments until the item is fully paid. The product is only shipped once the item has been fully paid.  Repeat customers with good payment history may enjoy up to 6 months for this program as new customers are welcome to enjoy up to 3 months.  For further details you may e-mail us at admin@lacywillowjewellery.com.  Terms and conditions apply.

 

TendoPay and Billease

Store Location

Our company’s head office is based in Quezon City.  However we have opted to sell items online so we can offer low prices which you can enjoy.  Our company is duly registered in SEC, BIR and the Municipality of Quezon City.  You may contact us at admin@lacywillowjewellery.com for more information.
