Refund policy

It is our mission that you are more than elated when you receive your jewelry pieces.  So should you require a repair you can contact us at admin@lacywillowjewellery.com.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 

As jewelry is considered high-valued, we do not accept exchanges.

Refunds 

All payments made either partial or full are non-refundable.  All orders are automatically processed upon placement of the payment and manufactured for completion. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it for free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy that we cannot refund the amount paid as down or full payment. Please ensure that you are fully decided on the materials and designed to be used and made when transacting.
