Shipping policy

We use our in-house messenger for the item's security and customer's anonymity for deliveries within Metro Manila and certain areas beyond the Metro.

Due to the high volume delivered during the holiday season, please anticipate longer delivery lead times. For Standard shipping, in Metro Manila which would take 2 business days upon advise of completion. As for provincial orders, price would take 5-7 business days as we will use a third party courier (LBC or 2Go services with insurance).

Please note that once the item has been turned over to the client (either direct or through his / her representative), the care and liability of the said item / package is therefore automatically transferred to the client.  Should the direct buyer not be able to receive the item him/herself, the care and liability of item is transferred to the client's representative.  Should there be a dispute between the buyer and representative, Lacy Willow Jewellery is absolved from any involvement thereafter.

We do ship to other countries and items will be charged based on the weight of the items. Best to maximize shipping cost and get 2-3 items. If you have any questions, feel free to email admin@lacywillowjewellery.com
